Lester Smith specialise in providing good quality, affordable rental
accommodation to young professionals & students in the South West
London area.
The majority of our properties are purchased and refurbished with
tenants in mind with particular attention paid to decor, fixtures &
fittings, affordability, transport links and general location.
All
of our properties are available for a minimum rental period of 6 months
and are usually available for long term tenancies if required.
We welcome tenants from all over the world and are capable of "thinking out
of the box" when it comes to referencing, credit checks and length of
residency in the UK
Where managing properties we adopt a proactive hands-on approach to repairs and
maintenance which ensures problems are either avoided completely
or dealt with promptly and effeciently.
We are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, The
National Association of Estate Agents and the National Approved
Lettings Scheme.
