Lester Smith provide a specialist lettings and management service to residential property investors in the South West London area. We see our role as a partnership with the landlord to make their investment as profitable as possible whilst it is under our management.

We take a unique hands-on approach to property management. Every call from a tenant is dealt with in the way we believe a landlord would if he were managing the property himself. For example we personally investigate all reported reparing issues and deal with them in a sensible manner, which more often than not results in us rolling up our sleeves rather than calling out an expensive contractor.

This kind of service works on several levels; reducing the overall running costs to our landlord clients, keeping tenants happy and properties occupied longer therefore also reducing the number of voids between tenancies.

We believe the secret to maintaining this high level of service is to keep our business small and personal allowing us to gain an in depth knowledge of individual properties whilst developing a close working relationship with tenants and landlords.

We are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, The National Association of Estate Agents and the Association of Residential Letting Agents.
